"The Scout" a cozy mountain cabin w/ a million dollar view

We were impressed with the cabin and the decor.

We had such a nice time staying at the Scout! Its location provided the desired private retreat with quiet mornings to listen to the sounds of nature and evenings to look at the stars. Its proximity to so many parks enabled us to enjoy some hiking adventures. The amenities were perfect, ensuring a comfortable stay in a remote area. We enjoyed the communities of Pilot Knob and Ironton as well. Thank you for creating this great space!

My daughter and I had such a great time here. It was super clean and cozy! We loved the location, too, as it was close to numerous hiking trails and a few local restaurants, yet far enough away to feel secluded for that mountain feel. We would definitely book here again!

The A frame cabin is cozy and modern in the middle of a beautiful setting in the woods. Off the beaten path and also easy to find. The outside fire pit and lighting was so peaceful and lovely. The space is meant for 1 or 2 people. Small and cozy with a bit of a climb to get to the super comfy bed. If mobility issues it may be a problem. Will be back for sure!

We had a wonderful time staying at this property. The cabin was incredibly clean and beautifully decorated and well stocked with all the necessary tools for the stay, with a stunning view. The hosts were incredibly kind, responsive when/if we needed them or had questions, and made the stay really pleasant and hassle free. I HIGHLY recommend staying at ANY of the 3 cabins spread out on this property, and we look forward to booking with them again soon.
